GAME DRIVES AND WALKS conducted by an experienced team of game rangers and skilled Shangaan trackers - are exciting and fascinating. 

You will set off at first light or in the late afternoon when the wildlife is most active. In the early morning you may stop at one of the many waterholes - and view Ngala’s prolific bird and animal populations. Or, while enjoying the splendour of the African sunset, stop for ice-cold refreshments. 

Later, catch sight of many nocturnal speciesas they make their appearance. Leopard and lion will begin to prowl, owls and nightjars will add their calls to the sounds of the African night. 

Spend a night at Mashaba’s Rest, a sleep-out boma, where, in absolute safety, you may-enjoy a magical night at a waterhole disturbed only by sounds of the wild - the. roar of a lion or the trumpeting of-elephant.
